(3) A wholly foreign-owned company or a company established by a foreign investor with a share right shall hire perennial legal counsel, and the fee shall be increased by 31-51% on the basis of the fee standard mentioned in Article 2 above. Issue legal documents such as legal opinions, lawyers' proposals, lawyers' witness books or lawyers' letters for special affairs; 7, credit investigation, the company's partners and customers subject qualification, industrial and commercial registration, legal status, background, management status, assets, etc.; 8. Find and introduce joint ventures, partners or investors for customers, find and introduce projects or provide relevant information; 9. Regular on-site service 1 times a week.
