1. If the local government has similar regulations, it can negotiate with the lessor to return the house as soon as possible on the grounds that the performance of the lease contract cannot achieve the purpose, so as to reduce the expansion of losses.

If the local government has not made regulations, it is suggested to negotiate with the upstairs residents and ask the lessor to help coordinate and install high-quality and economical fume purification equipment as soon as possible to solve the psychological concerns of the residents at one time.
