The following is my travel notes on my trip to Shanghai. I didn't exactly follow your six-day record. I only played for three days. But it should also help you a little.
my arrangement is to leave on the evening of the 31th and come back on the evening of the 3rd. This way, I can spend some time with my family and not be too tired. Round-trip airfare for 2 people plus 3 nights' accommodation, which is ***2511 yuan. In order to save money, I chose the evening flight. Although the plane was late on the day of departure, there was no airport bus to take, but I considered this situation in advance. I have consulted my friends on the Internet, and there will be a taxi that doesn't hit the meter after getting off the plane, so I saved 71 yuan compared with the normal taxi and spent 131 meters to get to the hotel "Hanting Express (Fudan Store)" we booked. The location of the hotel seems to be a little off-center, but it is convenient to find any scenic spot during the day, and there are buses to take. (It's very expensive to take a taxi in Shanghai, starting at 11.11, 2.1 per kilometer, and 51% per kilometer if it exceeds 11 kilometers, which is even more expensive at night)
Shanghai's subway is indeed accessible in larger places, and there are several new subways under construction, which will be more convenient in the future. Our three days were basically very leisurely, and we went to Nanjing Road, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, Yuyuan Garden, Chenghuang Temple, Bund and Zoo. Hehe, the zoo was an unexpected arrangement, because it was close to Hongqiao airport, so I stopped by to kill time. Basically, there is no shopping, except buying some special products and small things to send to relatives and friends. Personally, I think things in shopping malls seem to be the same all over the country, and I am not a good shopping person myself. In particular, we bought 21 hairy crabs in the market, which were sold only at 35.11 a pair. For these crabs, we spent another 71 pieces of storage fee (at Hongqiao Airport, crabs can be stored for 24 hours at 51.11, regardless of their packaging size) and 35.11 packaging fee. Delicious! I still want to eat! Hehe
On this trip to Shanghai, I ate some Shanghai snacks at the Chenghuang Temple, and basically didn't go to big restaurants for other dinners, so I spent less. In addition, I strongly recommend that you buy the special products you bought at the Town God Temple after visiting (Town God Temple, Yuyuan Garden), or you will die, which will affect your travel mood too much! I made this mistake, holding that pile of snacks around Yu Garden, in a word, tired!
I ended my trip to Shanghai with a total expenditure of 4169.2 yuan. Generally speaking, I am quite satisfied. No one is urging me to arrange my own itinerary. I will walk more when I am happy, and rest more when I am tired. It is really relaxing.
