In this way, a harmonious and stable labor relationship is gradually established within the enterprise, the legal awareness of both parties to the contract is obviously enhanced, and the behavior of both parties is further standardized, so that the implementation of the Collective Labor Contract is checked twice a year by the secretary miscellaneous network, and both parties have written summary materials and report to the workers' congress. The performance of the Collective Labor Contract by both parties is good, with the performance rate of 1.111%, and the satisfaction of the staff and workers is 96.45%, which lays a solid foundation for the internal harmony and stability of the company.
