During the period before the opening of the hotel, the management company collects management fees at a certain amount per square meter per month, and after the opening of the hotel, the management company collects management fees at a certain proportion of the total operating income of the hotel. The salary, welfare and other related expenses of the management personnel sent by the management company are paid in the daily operating expenses of the hotel.
Adopting the mode of discretionary management has brand benefits, which enables the entrusted hotel to enjoy many services such as specialization, standardized management, marketing network support, complementary customer advantages, operating system support, human resource backup, team resource support and so on. With these advantages, the owner's assets can be preserved and increased, which plays a good role in infrastructure construction for the long-term stable development of the hotel. During the cooperation, the owner will send a representative to serve as the deputy general manager and chief financial officer/manager of the hotel, supervise the preservation and appreciation of assets on behalf of the owner, be responsible for coordinating with the owner on major issues, and participate in daily operation and management.
The hotel management company entrusts full authority to manage the output of services. The management team stationed in the hotel is a professional with the same star hotel experience as the project, serving as the general manager or resident general manager of the project hotel. According to the situation and needs of the project, hire relevant personnel with the same level of hotel department manager qualification as the department manager of the hotel, responsible for the operation, management, training and supervision of relevant departments respectively.
The dispatched personnel are all senior professional managers who have worked in the "Hotel Management Company Hotel" chain brand project or have been strictly trained by the hotel management company.
As the trustee, the management must ensure that its original star service standard is higher. If there is no star rating, it must cooperate with the entrusting party to reach the predetermined star rating.
The management must establish a complete management manual, operating rules, reward and punishment system and other daily management means for the hotel.
