Chapter III Sales Management of Affordable Housing Article 12 The purchase of affordable housing shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Families who meet the conditions for purchasing houses and are ready to purchase houses in the current year can apply to the affordable housing management department with the household registration book, family member ID card, housing certificate and annual income certificate issued by the unit where the applicant and his spouse work (or the street office where the household registration is located without a unit);

(II) After being audited by the administrative department of affordable housing, the eligible families are sorted according to the housing difficulties of the families applying for purchasing houses, and the qualifications of the families purchasing houses in the current year are determined according to the sorting, and their family population, current housing area and income are publicized. Publicity 15 days without objection, identified as the purchase of affordable housing in the current year, to be registered for the record, issued the "approval of the purchase of affordable housing"; If there are complaints after publicity, the administrative department of affordable housing will investigate and verify with relevant departments.
