I came to Hengbang Real Estate from Hangzhou in May for more than half a year. Standing at the end of the year, I felt a lot about my work and life. New companies, new colleagues and new communication space, colleagues learn from each other and improve each other, and get along very harmoniously. This moment inspires my work. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work and room for growth. Although the Wanbang International Center project is not going very smoothly, I have made some progress this year. I have achieved results in my work, but there are still some shortcomings. I still remember that May 12th this year happened to be "the second anniversary of the Wenchuan Earthquake". The whole country commemorated the disaster in different forms, and disaster prevention warnings sounded on the streets. When people saw photos of buildings that collapsed after the earthquake in the disaster area, their feelings for me (a practitioner who just started the construction industry) were imaginable, which also aroused my determination to engage in real estate construction, and the encouragement of my friends made me firmly come here on this day. Taizhou is a beautiful land full of vitality everywhere. Taizhou Hengbang Real Estate Co., Ltd. is a new starting point for my career, because this newly established real estate development company is still registered and won the plot of the third food market in duqiao town, which is not only an opportunity but also a challenge for the company and every employee.

May is the starting point of the journey, and five people in the engineering department started their own work. Lou is always the engineering director, Manager Zhou is the manager of the engineering department, Xie Gong is in charge of strong and weak electricity, child labor is in charge of civil engineering, and I am in charge of water supply and drainage. The leaders are very kind and everyone is easy to communicate with. Interestingly, none of us smoke.

the first thing is to be familiar with the design scheme of "Wanbang International Center". As far as I am concerned, I will focus on water supply and drainage. The basement is the future parking lot and equipment room, the first to third floors above ground are hotels and commercial rooms, and the fourth to twenty-second floors are residential areas. In the next two or three years, this modern high-grade community will attract countless people's attention with its comprehensive advantages of beauty, warmth and comfort, complete functions and convenient transportation.

the second thing, with the summary of common quality defects in construction projects, we have consulted various versions of common quality defects in construction projects and their prevention, including those summarized by local and Hangzhou Construction Engineering Quality Supervision Station. It is very necessary to classify some nodes prone to quality problems into professional categories for the formulation of the general contract of our Wanbang International Center project in the future, the quality target control of the project, ensuring the rectification of unqualified processes, effectively managing the general contractor, and ensuring that there is evidence.

the third thing, the determination of the waterfront plan. Under the coordination of Director Li of the Engineering Department, the water supply company agreed to open a dn111 port at the end of the municipal water supply pipe network in Dubei Road to lead it to the wall in the northwest corner of the construction site, and the corresponding pipes, valves and water meters have been installed in place. This work was successfully completed on May 21, and the determination of the water point enabled us to complete one of the "three links and one leveling".

the fourth thing is to cooperate with the survey of the built buildings around the plot. After several field surveys, we finally measured the total height of existing buildings and the height of a balcony on both sides of Paimenmen Road, Dubei Road, Yanhe Road and Zhongxin Road near the project. After sorting out, we passed these data to the design institute for sunshine analysis, which is essential.

the fifth thing is to cooperate with geological exploration. May 21th is an important day. The comprehensive exploration work marks a big step forward for us. After nearly one month's construction, 41 exploration wells will all be finished, among which 16 drilling samples will be sent to Jinhua Engineering Investigation Institute of the nuclear industry. After their analysis, the geological exploration research results obtained will serve as the basis for the design institute to design the pile bitmap.

the sixth thing is to coordinate the arrangement of the total construction period plan. After continuous discussion and many revisions, the first-level node plan has been initially completed, and this time limit plan will be constantly adjusted and improved according to the actual situation, which will play a guiding role in controlling the construction progress and total time limit. It is expected that by the end of XX, "Wanbang International Center" will pass the completion acceptance, and then an iconic high-rise commercial and residential community will be presented to Du Qiao with her beautiful posture.

seventh thing, cooperate with the construction of the fence and the placement of advertising racks. On June 29th, the construction of the fence began, and the fence was reinforced according to the local requirements for typhoon resistance to ensure that the fence was solid and reliable.

eighth thing, cooperate with temporary electricity construction and installation. On August 11th, Linhai Power Supply Bureau connected the internal circuit and electric meter of box-type transformer, and the work of water supply, electricity supply and access in "three links and one leveling" has basically ended.

Ninth, review the preliminary design. In October, the preliminary design text and design drawings of the design institute were designed and sent to the engineering department for review. The general manager of the building and the manager Zhou guided the drawing review. We divided the shortcomings and omissions of the preliminary design into structure, construction, strong and weak electricity, water supply and drainage, and heating and ventilation. The problems that can be found are listed item by item, and then fed back to the design institute so as to be trimmed in the construction drawing stage.

The above is the main work I have done this year. Based on the working idea of "clear division of labor in specialty and mutual cooperation in work", water supply and drainage is my focus, and I also closely cooperate with other majors. However, I also feel my own shortcomings in my work:

second, coordination ability, strive to cultivate the ability of local dialect and learn from experienced colleagues. third, the ability to cooperate among majors, the division of labor between majors does not mean the independence of work. For example, in the management process of water supply and drainage specialty, it must be closely coordinated with civil engineering, strong and weak electricity, and heating and ventilation. Therefore, we strive to make up for the defects of a single major with the ability of all-round development.

fourth, mastering the real estate development process, the real estate development process is complex, which I will continue to study in depth, pay attention to the introduction and changes of national policies, and keep abreast of real estate information.

Only by constantly summing up experience and lessons can we find our own shortcomings, and we can find the direction and goal of our work next year.
