2. Online query

If it is a collective test, you can query the nucleic acid test results online. First of all, you can enter WeChat or Alipay page to search for the State Council client applet, and look for convenience service in the applet. There is a page of nucleic acid test certificate on the convenience service. If you want to query your own test results, you only need to enter your personal ID number and name on the new page to query. Generally, you can only query the valid certificate within 7 days. If the nucleic acid test results exceed 7 days, you may not be able to query it.

3. Unified notification

In some areas, if the test results are negative, the community can inform them in a unified manner. If the test results are positive, the community will promptly notify them, isolate them for treatment and take protective measures.
