Receptionist job responsibilities

Duties:

1. Obey the shift leader's assignment, read the shift record book carefully, and make clear what the previous shift should know and do.

2. Be familiar with the working procedures of reception and inquiry at the front desk and the business and knowledge that should be mastered, handle the extended stay of guests, make relevant statistical statements at the front desk, leave messages for guests, and store cash valuables and simple items that need to be stored.

7. Carefully check the accuracy of the statements handled by yourself, and prevent the occurrence of wrong accounts, account leakage and account evasion.

8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders.
