Casserole House Restaurant is an old Chinese brand founded in the sixth year of Qing Qianlong (AD 1741). Up to now, it has a history of 274 years, which has accumulated rich food culture, recorded and reflected the evolution and development of the regional culture of old Beijing, loaded with Manchu, flag bearer and old Beijing food customs in the Qing Dynasty, and the shadow of eating and drinking in the streets. There are "Jinger" offering sacrifices to boiled white meat in Wangfu and selling "Shen Yu" in casserole in Gangwa market.
