Accommodation operators shall provide group travelers with accommodation services in accordance with the agreement of the tourism service contract.

Article 75 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China The accommodation operator shall provide accommodation services for group travelers in accordance with the agreement of the tourism service contract. If the accommodation operator fails to provide services in accordance with the tourism service contract, the accommodation operator shall provide the tourists with accommodation services not lower than the original standard, and the additional costs thus incurred shall be borne by the accommodation operator; however, if the services cannot be provided due to force majeure, or if the government needs to take measures in the interests of the public ****, the accommodation operator shall assist in arranging for the accommodation of the tourists.

Article 74 The travel agency accepts the traveler's commission, on behalf of the booking of transportation, lodging, food and beverage, excursions, entertainment and other tourism services, charging fees on behalf of the travel agency shall personally deal with the commissioned affairs. Due to the fault of the travel agency to the tourists caused losses, the travel agency shall bear the responsibility for compensation.

The travel agency accepts the commission of the traveler to provide travel itinerary design, travel information and consulting services, should ensure that the design is reasonable and feasible, timely and accurate information.
