Governing by doing nothing is the basic political proposition of Taoism. Laozi believes that the origin of the world is nothingness, and only nothingness conforms to the principle of Tao. "Sages do nothing and teach without words." In fact, Laozi's inaction thought is not a knowledge system in the western sense, but a management skill and life wisdom, which has a lot of enlightenment to the work of class teachers.
First, the premise of doing nothing-students are proud of you
I believe in a sentence: "Let personality shape personality, and call the soul with the heart".
It's the same sowing, who doesn't want a bumper harvest; The same is the work of the head teacher, who doesn't want to bring out an excellent class body. And to make students proud of you, the head teacher should not only be unique in teaching, but also start from bit by bit. For example, you should set an example for students in your dress, every move, every word and deed, stand up to students' critical eyes, carefully understand students' psychological feelings, treat people equally at all times, serve people with virtue, deal with problems, be principled and be students' bosom friends.
It is only the first step for the head teacher to establish enough prestige and tell them the right and wrong rules, while it is a huge project to guide them to deal with others and judge right and wrong. so, in my work practice, I follow a rule: to give people sunshine, you must have the sun in your heart. When I take a class for the first time, I must have the dual roles of strict father and loving mother psychologically. I will spend one class introducing my principles of being a man and asking students to supervise me. Lao Tzu said, "Everything is difficult, it must be easy; Great things in the world must be done in detail. " I think education is no exception. The collective consciousness of "we" will penetrate into the hearts of every student in a subtle way; A dream home. As the saying goes, a soldier who doesn't want to be a general is not a good soldier. In order to build an enterprising and diligent atmosphere, I will leave a lot of space on the blackboard at the back of the senior one and senior two students, so that everyone can describe their dreams on it. After entering the third year of senior high school, my class's dream garden will blossom and bear fruit in reality, college dreams will bloom in colorful spaces, and the expectations of college entrance examination scores will be concrete and practical. After each monthly exam, students' speeches and tears will make post-it notes vivid and smart, which will make people feel how a realistic struggle is connected with the future. In the students' words, "Looking back, it is difficult for you not to work hard." ; An inspirational essay and an inspirational speech every day. It is my goal to make my class full of book flavor and enterprise. Therefore, when my students take turns to be on duty, they should learn to recite their favorite inspirational essays on the podium and tell their own growth experiences. From high school, they will exercise a calm and wisdom to show their strength in front of everyone's eyes and publicize their personality without stage fright. My goal is that I will take my students for three years and listen to at least 711 articles, even if I have to listen to more than 211 articles in one year, until the day of the college entrance examination. As for how much time I spend and how many books I read for your beautiful writing and speech, I think it is definitely worth it. My expectation is that in the college entrance examination and the future life, my students can maintain a healthy psychology, an optimistic attitude, face setbacks, accept success, and be wise and philosophical; Dig into the advantages of a student every day. I always believe that human potential is infinite, and affirmation and trust are catalysts to stimulate potential. Therefore, my students on duty have to praise an outstanding person or comment on a beautiful thing every day, so that our collective can have a touch of bright color every day, a reason for us to be proud of it, thus cultivating students' self-confidence, cultivating the collective sense of * * * * and building class pride.
The management is based on respecting students, caring for them and caring for them, so that they can feel that the management of teachers is not a constraint on their personality, but a guarantee for their healthy growth. Third, the mainstay of inaction-excellent class cadres

In this way, it will not only cultivate a conscientious class cadre collective, but also cultivate people who work wholeheartedly.
Therefore, choosing carefully, teaching methods, letting go boldly, and giving full play to the wisdom and strength of your "left arm and right arm" will make you comfortable in the work of a class teacher. some people say that when the window of the heart is opened, the sunshine naturally comes in. The prestige of the head teacher has been established, the class culture has been formed, and the class cadres have grown sturdily. The head teacher must also adhere to a trust in the students in daily management and study life ―― the students in my class are excellent, not verbally, but from the heart. Only in this way can students feel a kind of satisfaction, a kind of motivation to make progress every day, and feel that teachers are his "parents" and classes are his home. Thus forming an unbreakable sense of collective honor.
Lao Tzu believes that "governing a big country is like cooking a little fresh food". Governing a big country is like frying a small fish. You can't stir it often.
