(1) office

(2) Property Management Section

Responsible for the guidance and supervision of property management enterprises; Responsible for guiding the preparation and establishment of the owners' committee, and registering for the record; Responsible for the filing of the delivery of new residential ancillary facilities and equipment; Responsible for the supervision of property project bidding; Responsible for the preliminary examination of the qualification declaration of property service enterprises; Responsible for guiding the preliminary examination of the collection and use of residential special maintenance funds; Responsible for the coordinated promotion and statistical work of residential real estate projects and their fixed assets investment in the whole region; Responsible for the coordination and service of residential real estate enterprises.

(3) Housing Management and Regulation Section

Responsible for the property right management and property right registration of public houses directly under the jurisdiction of the whole region, as well as the supervision and management of entrusted operation, maintenance and safety production; Responsible for city construction and demolition, property right exchange and compensation of municipal public houses. Responsible for the implementation of the private saving policy, guiding the housing management of self-run houses and urban private saving; Responsible for the reception and disposal of non-production and business premises in the enterprise restructuring and the housing stripping involved in the separation of social functions of enterprises; Responsible for handling the problems left over from the demolition; To undertake administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation.

Responsible for the publicity, overall coordination, supervision and management of the public housing system and policies in the whole region; Responsible for the organization and implementation of the housing system reform in the whole region; Responsible for the preliminary examination of the monetization scheme of housing distribution and the housing subsidy scheme, and supervise and inspect the implementation. Responsible for the audit of low-rent housing, affordable housing, price-limited commercial housing and housing security for migrant workers in the whole region; Responsible for issuing the house decoration safety approval certificate.

(5) Demolition Management Section

Responsible for the demolition management in the whole region, review the resettlement compensation scheme of the old city reconstruction project, and handle the related work of demolition announcement and demolition permit; Responsible for the management and filing of demolition and resettlement houses in the whole region;
