13 years old, immigrated to Singapore with his parents. Because of his novel ideas on various dishes and refreshments, he became a China chef in a five-star hotel at the age of 24.

At the age of 26, he became the executive chef of the Chinese restaurant of the six-star Four Seasons Hotel in Singapore. He has served as executive chef in many top Chinese restaurants in the United States, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Now we have established "Liang Zigeng Catering Concept Studio" in our own name.
