First, we should adhere to the professional situational talent training mode with the formation of post ability as the core, introduce the professional five-star hotel management service standards into the campus, build a virtual simulation practice teaching center for physical teaching hotels and hotel business management integrating catering, accommodation, meetings, sports, leisure and entertainment facilities, and establish an off-campus practice teaching base in cooperation with international hotel groups such as Marriott, Hilton, Intercontinental, Accor and Shangri-La. We will build a high-quality internship and employment platform for students, and cooperate with Intercontinental Hotel Management Group to open an Intercontinental Talents Training College, and reach a management training project with Accor Hotel Management Group. We will cultivate senior hotel management professionals by adopting practical teaching forms such as immersive experience, order-based training and group cooperative learning.
