The flue gas denitrification system of this project adopts EPC general contracting mode. This tender document includes process system design, equipment selection, procurement, transportation and storage, manufacturing, civil building and structure design, technical guidance, installation, debugging, test and inspection, trial operation, assessment and acceptance, defect elimination, training, final delivery and production, etc. This is necessary in the denitration system; Can meet the needs of normal operation of the boiler. This tender document puts forward the minimum technical requirements, but not all technical requirements and applicable standards. The bidder shall provide high-quality design, equipment and corresponding services that meet the requirements of this tender document and the standards listed. The national mandatory standards on safety, fire protection, environmental protection and labor hygiene must meet their requirements. The system described in this tender document and attached drawings is for reference only, and the bidder shall propose a more optimized layout scheme, which shall be adopted after being confirmed by the tenderer. The bidder shall be responsible for the formulation of the system, the selection and arrangement of equipment, and the requirements of the tenderer cannot exempt the bidder from its responsibilities. If there is no deviation from this tender document, it will be deemed to fully meet all the requirements set forth in this tender document. No matter how big the deviation is, it must be clearly pointed out in the "difference table" of the bidding documents. This project completely adopts KKS identification system, and all technical documents provided by the bidder, including drawings and equipment, are required to adopt KKS identification system. The bidder promises to adopt the enterprise standards provided by the tenderer. The principles, methods and contents of identification were discussed at the first design liaison meeting. 1. 1 tendering principles and tendering principles 1. 1.1.1The EPC general contract for flue gas denitrification of this project adopts design, manufacturing, equipment and material supply, transportation, civil engineering and construction. 1 The bidder shall be responsible for the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, performance and quality of the whole flue gas denitrification system, and hand it over to the tenderee after all required indicators meet the requirements. 1. 1. 1.3 After the preliminary design of flue gas denitrification system is completed, the bidder shall cooperate with the main engineering design unit and subcontractors and submit it to the tenderer for approval. The technical support party of the bidder shall provide guarantee for the equipment performance guarantee promised by the bidder. The external guarantee is responsible to the bidder, and the bidder is responsible to the tenderer. The technical guarantee or technology provided by foreign investors shall be finally confirmed by the tenderer after the consent of the bidder. If the bidders of both sides have any objection to the technical guarantee provided by foreign investors, it shall be decided by the tenderer. The bidder has the performance of denitration project construction of 600MW and above units in China; When selecting subcontractors for various projects, the bidder shall recommend three or more alternative manufacturers in the bidding documents, which shall be finally determined by the tenderer at the time of contract signing or during contract execution. 1. 1. 1.5 The bidder shall provide a complete set of selective catalytic reduction SCR flue gas denitrification system, equipment and auxiliary equipment according to the actual site conditions provided and required by the tenderer, and be responsible for the general contracting of installation and commissioning of corresponding building structures and flue gas denitrification system projects. The layout of all buildings and structures of the whole flue gas denitrification system should be coordinated with the main project. The bidder shall draw up the flue gas denitration system, select equipment and arrange it according to the layout scope planned in the tender documents, and the bidder may make appropriate adjustments within the given scope according to the needs and layout requirements of its engineering design, so as to make its process flow and layout reasonable, safe and economical. 1. 1. 1.6 The bidder puts forward the water quality and quantity requirements for industrial water and cooling water for rotating equipment, the consumption of steam, instruments and miscellaneous compressed air and related parameters. The Tenderee will be responsible for providing instruments required for flue gas denitrification system and industrial water and compressed air interfaces for other purposes. The specific location of the interface will be designated by the tenderer, and the bidder will access it at the designated place without any extra cost. This clause applies to any interface in this tender document. The bidder shall be responsible for the compressed air storage tank or buffer tank required for the instrument, maintenance and other purposes of the flue gas denitrification system. 2.
