according to the "guide to the use of edible oil for catering service units", catering oil should meet the corresponding food safety standards, and can provide relevant licenses, business licenses and product inspection certificates. Non-edible oil and recovered oil such as "gutter oil", "swill oil" and "fried old oil" are not allowed to be purchased.
Procedures and certificates required to open a restaurant: food business license, health certificate, environmental assessment and pollutant discharge license of local environmental protection bureau, industrial and commercial business license, and fire control instructions.
