The two parties, A and B, have voluntarily entered into the following contract after equal consultation on the matters related to Party B's participation in the tour organized by Party A:
Article I: Contents of the tour

The tour departs on _____ in ______ and ends on _____ in _____, *** counting _____ days ______ nights.
The tour routes and itinerary listed in the preceding paragraph are detailed in the Tour Itinerary. The Tourist Itinerary is signed by both A and B as part of this contract.
The second service standard of the tour service quality of the implementation of the National Tourism Administration promulgated the implementation of the "domestic tourism service quality standards for travel agencies" (or by the A and B parties agreed).
Article III Travel ExpensesThe total travel expenses of the tour group*** amount to ______ RMB. On the date of signing this contract, Party A shall pay _______ RMB in advance, and the balance shall be paid on ______ the day before departure.
Article 4 Item Costs The tour costs paid by Party A in accordance with Article 3 of this contract include the following items:
1. Handling Fee for Documents on Behalf of Party B: Party B's handling fee for obtaining the required travel documents on behalf of Party A.
2. Transportation ticket fee: Party B purchases transportation tickets from civil aviation, railroad, long-distance passenger company, water transport and other public **** transportation departments on behalf of Party A.
3. Catering and lodging fees: the catering and lodging fees listed in the Tourist Itinerary should be arranged by Party B.
4. Excursion Fee: The excursion fee listed in the Tour Schedule should be arranged by Party B, including the transportation fee from the accommodation to the excursion place, and the first ticket fee of the tourism project which is not paid by the tourists separately.
5. Pick-up and drop-off fee: the pick-up and drop-off fee from the airport, harbor, station, etc. to the accommodation hotel during the tour.
6. Tourist Service Fee: the fee charged by Party B for providing various tourist services (including tour guide service fee).
7. Other expenses agreed by Party A and Party B: __________________.
The transportation ticket fee in item 2 of the preceding paragraph, if the government adjusts the fare, the refund or supplement of the fee shall be handled in accordance with Article 63 of the Contract Law. For the catering and accommodation fees in item 3, if Party A requests for higher standards and Party B agrees to make arrangements, Party A shall make up the required difference.
Article 5 Non-Item Fees The tour fees paid by Party A in accordance with Article 3 of this contract do not include the following items:
1. Airport construction fees in various places.
2. Personal expenses incurred by Party A during the journey: such as personal meals on the transportation; medical expenses for personal injuries and illnesses; excess baggage charges; laundry, telephone, telegraph, beverage and liquor charges during the stay; private transportation; free activities; expenses and remuneration for recovering personal lost articles and compensation expenses caused by personal behavior during the journey.
3. Party A's own insurance premiums: aviation personal accident insurance premiums and other insurance premiums that Party A has taken out on its own.
4. The cost of excursion programs agreed by both parties and chosen by Party A at its own expense.
5. Costs of other items not listed in Article IV.
Article 6 Departure Time and Place Party A shall gather and depart punctually at _____ (place) at ____ hour ____ minute on _____ month _____. If Party A fails to gather at the agreed place on time for departure and also fails to join the tour group in the middle of the tour, it is deemed that Party A has canceled the contract, and Party B may claim for compensation in accordance with the agreement of Article 8 of this contract.
Article 7: Number of peopleThe tour must have more than ______ people signing up in order to form a tour. If the number of people is not reached, Party B can cancel the contract by notifying Party A at ______ days (not less than 5 days) before the agreed departure date.
When Party B terminates the contract, it will be dealt with in one of the following ways:
1. Refund all the fees that Party A has paid, and Party B will not be responsible for Party A's breach of contract.
2. Conclude another travel contract, if the fee increases or decreases, Party B will refund or Party A will make up the full amount.
Party B shall compensate Party A in accordance with Article 9 of this contract if Party B fails to notify Party A at the agreed time.
The telephone number or fax number provided by Party A must be one that is frequently used or can be contacted in time, otherwise Party B shall not be liable for the compensation arising from it if Party B is required to notify but fails to notify Party A in this and other clauses.
Article 8: Party A withdraws from the tour Party A may terminate this contract by giving notice to Party B before the commencement of the tour, but shall bear the necessary expenses that Party B has already expended for handling the tour, and shall pay the liquidated damages in accordance with the following standards:
1. If the notice is given by the 5th day prior to the commencement of the tour, 10% of the remaining balance of the entire tour cost after deducting the necessary expenses that Party B has already expended shall be paid.
2. If the notification is made between the 5th and the 3rd day before the tour starts, 20% of the balance of the total tour cost less the necessary expenses already incurred by Party B shall be paid.
3. 30% of the total tour cost less the necessary expenses incurred by Party B if notice is given from the 3rd to the 1st day before the start of the tour.
4. 50% of the total tour cost less the necessary expenses incurred by Party B, if notified on the first day before the tour begins.
5. If you give notice on or after the start of the tour, or if you do not give notice and do not participate in the tour, you shall pay 100% of the total tour price minus the necessary expenses already incurred by you.
Article 9 Cancellation by Party B Except for the cases agreed in Article 7 of this contract, if Party B cancels the tour because Party A's tour cannot be realized due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall notify Party A immediately and pay the liquidated damages according to the following standards:
1. If Party B notifies Party A before the 5th day before the start of the tour, Party B shall pay 10% of the total tour expenses.
2. 20% of the total tour cost if notified between the 5th and the 3rd day before the tour starts.
3. 30% of the total tour price if notified between the 3rd and 1st day before the tour starts.
4. 50% of the total tour price if notified 1 day before the tour starts.
5. 100% of the total tour price if notified on or after the tour start date.
Article 10 Assignment of Contract With the consent of Party B, Party A may assign its rights and obligations on this tour contract to a third person who is qualified to participate in the tour, but it should notify Party B at _____ days before the agreed departure date. Any increase in cost shall be borne by Party A.
Article 11 Obligations of Party A Party A shall fulfill the following obligations:
1. The documents and relevant information provided by Party A must be true and effective.
2. Party A shall ensure that its own physical condition is suitable for participating in the tour group travel, and is obliged to inform Party B of its own health condition when signing this contract.
3. Party A shall take good care of the baggage items brought along, and shall be responsible for any damage or loss without entrusting Party B to take care of it.
4. Party A should abide by the team discipline in tourism activities, with the guide to complete the tour itinerary.
5. Party A shall respect the religious beliefs, national habits and customs of the destination.
Article XII Obligations of Party B Party B shall fulfill the following obligations:
1. Party B shall remind Party A of the clauses exempting or restricting its responsibility, and explain the relevant clauses in accordance with Party A's requirements.
2. Party B shall purchase insurance in accordance with the relevant provisions, and prompt Party A to voluntarily purchase personal insurance during the tour when accepting Party A's registration.
3. Party B shall act as Party A's agent to handle the formalities required for the tour, and shall take good care of Party A's documents, and in case of loss or damage, shall immediately take the initiative to make up for it and bear the formalities for making up for it, and as a result of which Party B shall bear the responsibility of compensation for Party A's direct loss.
4. Party B shall provide Party A with tour guide service; Party B shall inform Party A of the specific approach to the destination and contingency measures for the tour group without a full escort.
5. Party B shall provide necessary assistance and treatment when Party A suffers personal injury or property damage during the tour. If Party B causes Party A's personal injury or property damage, Party B
