(1) basic conditions

(2) Specific conditions
1, fresh graduates
(1) Bachelor degree or above, with corresponding degree certificate, and excellent academic performance during school; Preschool education (health care) teachers are relaxed to graduate from preschool education (health care) and are studying undergraduate education (national education);
(2) CET-4 scores above 425 (CET-4 or above is required for English teaching), and graduates majoring in sports, art and preschool education can relax the qualification certificate of foreign language courses issued for submission to schools;
(3) General subjects must hold a second-class certificate of Putonghua and a first-class certificate of Chinese and preschool subjects.
(4) liberal arts majors must pass the national or Shanghai computer grade examination level 1; Science majors must pass the national or Shanghai Computer Rank Examination Level 2. Graduates majoring in physical education, art and pre-school education can relax the submission of relevant computer course qualification certificates to the school;
5] Hold a teacher qualification certificate or a certificate of qualification examination for kindergarten teachers in primary and secondary schools (within the validity period);
[6] Non-Shanghai graduates are generally full-time master's degree or above from "double first-class universities to build universities", Shanghai universities, Shanghai Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences and other training units. Graduates from normal universities directly under the Ministry of Tsinghua University, Peking University and Shanghai "first-class university construction colleges" or Shanghai "first-class discipline construction colleges" can be relaxed to bachelor degree or above.
(7) Education abroad must be approved by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
2, the city's on-the-job and social personnel
(1) Those who are generally under the age of 35 and have senior middle school teachers or doctor's degrees may be appropriately relaxed for teachers in special disciplines and disciplines in short supply.
(2) Bachelor degree or above, preschool education (health care) teachers are temporarily relaxed to graduate from preschool education (health care) and are studying undergraduate (national education).
(3) hold the corresponding teacher qualification certificate.
(4) General subjects must hold two-level certificates of Putonghua and above, and two-level certificates of Chinese and preschool education.
Fourth, recruitment methods and processes.
1. Publish recruitment information. The recruitment information of teachers in Changning District is released through Changning Education Information Network (.gov.cn/cnjy).
2. Qualification examination of employers. The employing unit shall examine the qualifications of the candidates and the authenticity of the materials.
3. School evaluation. For those who meet the recruitment requirements, the employer shall arrange trial teaching and written examination of professional subjects. After the school has passed the examination, the employer will report the list of candidates to the district education talent center.
4. Comprehensive ability test. Changning District Education Talent Exchange Service Center organizes candidates reported by the school to participate in the unified comprehensive quality test in the city.
5. Expert interview evaluation. Changning District Education Talent Exchange Service Center set up an expert group to interview and assess qualified personnel from the aspects of subject professional knowledge, education and teaching ability and comprehensive professional quality.
6, psychological quality test, physical examination. Changning District Education Talent Exchange Service Center organizes qualified interviewers to conduct psychological quality tests and physical examinations (medical institutions above Grade II and Grade A).
7. Investigate employment and publicity. Changning District Education Talent Exchange Service Center determines the candidates to be recruited according to the psychological quality test, physical examination and inspection results of candidates, and publicizes them online.
8. Go through the recruitment procedures. The proposed personnel who have no objection to the publicity shall go through the employment procedures according to the regulations.
