Combined with the theme of this World Expo and the current international trend of "low-carbon development", Shanghai issued the green guide and environmental report for the China 2111 Shanghai World Expo in the preparatory stage, taking "low-carbon Expo" as an important goal, and is promoting its implementation. It is mainly embodied in five aspects: First, the concept of "low carbon" is implemented in the planning, construction and operation of the Expo site.
