1. Recruitment application

1. 1 The employment department fills in the recruitment application form according to the employment demand and puts forward the employment conditions of employees in each position. After being signed by the department head, it shall be submitted to the General Department.

1.2 The General Department reviews the application form for department recruitment, and organizes employee recruitment after approval by the general manager according to the number of vacancies in the employing department and the development of the center.

2. Organize recruitment

2.2.2 Reception and conference service personnel at reception desk: persons with technical secondary school education or above, relevant professional skills and knowledge, certain business knowledge, hotel work experience and professional qualifications.

2.2.3 Maintenance personnel: technical secondary school degree or above, with experience in water and electricity maintenance and professional skill certificate, hard-working, strong sense of responsibility and good professional quality.

2.2.4 Front-line service personnel: persons with high school education or above, hotel working experience and meeting the employment requirements.

3. Recruitment procedures

3.2 The applicant shall fill in the company employee registration form.

4. Entry formalities

4. 1 The General Department handles the entry formalities for new employees, and requires to submit copies of ID cards, academic certificates, professional skills certificates and other documents, as well as five one-inch color bareheaded photos.

4.2 Employees sign labor dispatch contracts for promotion.

4.3 The General Department issues employee number plates, employee manuals, passes and work permits to employees.

4.5 The General Department shall go through the check-in formalities for the employees who apply to stay in the staff dormitory.

4.6 Issue "Employee Employment Notice" to all departments.

5. Formal employment

5. 1 After the employee has completed the probation period and passed the department assessment, the person in charge of the user department will sign the Application Form for Employee's Employment, and submit it to the General Department for formal employment and other related procedures.

5.2 During the probation period, employees who fail to pass the department examination shall be signed by the department head and submitted to the General Department for returning to work and other related procedures.

5.3 If the employee resigns or is dismissed during the probation period, the employee files shall be kept for one month and then destroyed.

5.4 After employees formally join the company, they should handle social pooling and welfare payment.
