High-tech enterprise zone consists of large-scale high-tech enterprise office building, ecological theme square and internal landscape water system. The company headquarters is arranged around the landscape water system of the project center, enjoying a unique natural and landscape environment.

Science and technology R&D office area focuses on high-tech industries and takes diversified industries as carriers, which makes high-tech industries integrate with each other and promotes the optimization of high-tech industrial chain, and becomes the development direction of Kirin Innovation and Technology Park to become an international high-end industrial park. Industrial compound innovation will create efficient and intensive office facilities, a good ecological environment and a high-quality livable community.

Ecological residential area consists of green low-carbon residential area and scientific research ecological apartment. Green and low-carbon residential courtyards have been built into high-end and low-density residential quarters, and the buildings adopt modern and simple Chinese style.
