Article 3 of the Interim Measures for Annual Reports of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households stipulates that individual industrial and commercial households shall submit the annual report of the previous year through the enterprise credit information publicity system or directly to the administrative department for industry and commerce responsible for their registration from/kloc-0 to June 30 every year. Individual industrial and commercial households registered in the same year shall be submitted from the next year.

Article 57 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Company Registration stipulates that a company shall submit the annual report of the previous year to the company registration authority through the enterprise credit information publicity system from June 30th to/kloc-0 every year, and publicize it to the public.
