(5) other materials as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.

if it is necessary to apply for construction project planning permission according to law, it shall provide the certificate of construction project planning permission; Temporary buildings that need to be approved by the competent department of urban and rural planning according to law, which belong to crowded places, shall provide supporting documents approved by the competent department of urban and rural planning.

Article 21 A construction unit shall provide the following materials when applying for fire control acceptance:

(1) a declaration form for fire control acceptance of construction projects;

(2) the project completion acceptance report and the project completion drawings related to fire control facilities;

(3) certification documents of fire protection product quality;

(4) certification documents and factory certificates that the building components, building materials and decoration materials that meet the requirements of fire prevention performance meet the national standards or industry standards;

(5) certification documents of fire control facilities;

(6) the legal identity certificate and qualification certificate of the construction, project supervision and testing unit;

(7) legal identification documents such as the industrial and commercial business license of the construction unit;

(8) other materials as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.

article 22 the fire control institution of the public security organ shall organize fire control acceptance within 21 days from the date of accepting the application for fire control acceptance, and issue opinions on fire control acceptance.
