1. The borrower shall submit a written application report and loan application form to the Bank of Shang Lin, including the loan purpose, loan amount, loan term, repayment source and guarantee method.

2. Provide approval documents of relevant departments, business license of enterprise as a legal person, annual inspection certificate of industrial and commercial administrative departments and other materials.
