This will become a very unrealistic phenomenon brought by the Food Safety Law. Moreover, as far as the process of food from raw materials to finished products is concerned, the more backward the department, the better, because every link may have problems, and the link that has problems and the previous link may have problems. The first department will be involved in everything. But when things happen, the identification of responsibilities between relevant departments will be the biggest problem.
This is not a problem between administrative departments, but a new measure taken by the state in food safety supervision. The effect of food supervision has been unsatisfactory, and the state also wants to solve this problem through various attempts.
