1. Machine operators must receive safety education and technical training, and be familiar with the operating procedures of this equipment before taking up their posts.

2. Before getting on the computer, the operator should wear the specified labor protection articles.

3. Before starting the machine, you must check and clean up the sundries around the machine that hinder the operation of the equipment.

4. Keep the workplace around the machine clean and tidy, keep the roads clear, and turn on the ventilation equipment (exhaust fan) to keep the air circulation in the workshop.

5. Open the valves for water supply, gas supply and oil supply, and check whether the water pressure gauge, water vapor gauge and oil pressure gauge are normal.

6. Start the machine for trial operation, and stop it immediately when abnormal sound or other faults are found.

7. Check whether the material door, top bolt and hopper can be opened normally.

8. Whenever the jacking bolt is lifted, the jacking bolt control knob must be set to the lifting position.

9. In the process of kneading, if the material is stuck, use the ejector pin or other tools to operate, and it is forbidden to cut the material directly by hand.

10. When the hopper is overturned and discharged, pedestrians are prohibited from approaching the hopper and the elevator. Pay attention.

1 1. Before stopping the machine, the top bolt must be raised and the hopper must be turned back to its original position. Close the material door and stop the power failure.

12. Turn off all power, water, gas and oil sources after work.
