The process given by the design institute is traditional and not suitable for kitchen wastewater. The oil content in the biogas slurry of kitchen wastewater is high, and the VFA value of biogas slurry also needs to be detected. What I encountered before was a high VFA value, and the biogas slurry continued to ferment after it came out. After coagulation and sedimentation, the sediment remained below 10min and floated again. There are some problems in coagulation and sedimentation treatment: 1, the treatment cost is high, 2, the bacteria lost from anaerobic reactor can not be reused, 3, the treatment cost of biogas residue after sedimentation is high; . The use of air flotation technology requires high quality of operators, but the biogas slurry of kitchen wastewater changes greatly, and there are not many successful cases. Now there is a better way to solve it. At present, in the pilot test, the effect is not bad.
Coagulation sedimentation and air flotation are not recommended.
