Three. Screening, registration and information reporting

(1) After receiving the information of people with abnormal health codes pushed by the provincial big data center, the municipal regional investigation special class will timely supplement and improve the information and distribute it to all districts and counties (including high-tech zones, the same below). According to the pushed personnel information, all districts and counties should do a good job in investigation and registration, and report to the city regional investigation class within 24 hours.

(2) All districts and counties timely receive the information of people with abnormal health codes pushed by the whole province through the provincial health emergency dispatching management platform, complete the investigation and registration within 24 hours, and report the situation through the platform.

(III) Management units of various places, especially key places where people gather, confined spaces and people outside the city are more, should earnestly fulfill the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, and strictly implement epidemic prevention measures such as wearing masks, taking temperature and scanning codes. Once people with abnormal health codes are found, they should be taken to the control area or the open area quickly, registered with information, and reported to the village (community) where the place is located at the first time.

Fourth, the disposal process

(1) Preliminary information screening. The epidemic prevention personnel (or place location) in the village (community) where the person with abnormal health code is located inquired about the personal basic information of the person with abnormal health code, the living history in the middle-high risk area and abroad in recent 14 days, the contact history with cases and close contacts, the current health status and contact information, and made a good registration, preliminarily evaluated the risk situation, and immediately submitted relevant information to the district and county epidemic prevention and control institutions.
