The principal is required to organize the school to carry out self-inspection, and the monthly self-inspection form of food safety in the school canteen is reported to the Education and Sports Bureau and the Food and Drug Administration for the record every month, and the self-inspection situation is published in a prominent position in the canteen or the school website, so as to implement the main responsibility of food safety, continuously improve the hardware facilities and improve the management level. The management system of "registration management and star publicity" is implemented for food safety in off-campus custody places, and the star rating adopts a five-star system. For those who are included in the registration management, the "Food Safety Publicity Column of Jinan Off-campus Hosting Places" will be issued, and the registration files of off-campus hosting places will be established. On this basis, strictly implement the primary responsibility and main responsibility of the sponsors of off-campus hosting places for food safety, urge the school to hold a meeting of parents of students dining outside the school and sign a letter of responsibility with them, and urge the school to strengthen the improvement of the overall environment of the canteen, increase investment in equipment and facilities, and guide students to eat in the canteen.
