Zhang Guoqiang: In February this year, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine officially approved the establishment of Huizhou. From June 5438 to February last year, the members of the investigation team of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine believed that the feasibility of building the project in Huizhou mainly included the following aspects: First, Huizhou had a good industrial base. Second, Huizhou has a good geographical location.

Construction is expected to start in the second quarter of this year.
Reporter: What is the construction scale of the quality inspection center and the current preparations?
Zhang Guoqiang: The center covers an area of 23,000 square meters with a total investment of about 60 million yuan. It is planned to be completed within 18 months. At present, the site and funds have been basically implemented, and the first plan for preparation has been basically completed. Construction is expected to start in the second quarter of this year.
The civil works will be completed by the end of this year, and the equipment will be installed and debugged. It is expected to be completed and put into operation before the National Day next year.

Zhang Guoqiang: After the center is completed, it will have the detection capability of 150 kinds of refined oil and petrochemical products, covering most domestic and foreign petroleum products and Guangdong mainstream petrochemical products; Be able to draft and revise relevant technical standards at home and abroad, seize high-end testing technology, reach the level of international mutual recognition, and meet the requirements of breaking technical barriers to trade.
