Before March 5, fully subsidize the expenses incurred by chartered cars and car compartments; The expenses incurred by chartered flight will be subsidized and supported by the finance according to two thirds of the air ticket cost. From February 17 to March 15, the new and old employees of the enterprise who come by rail or bus will be fully subsidized for the ticket expenses, and the train ticket subsidy will not exceed the second-class seat standard; The new and old employees of the enterprise who come by air will be subsidized and supported by two-thirds of the air ticket cost; For employees returning by car, they can be subsidized according to the railway train standards in the same area. If there is no railway train, they can be subsidized according to the passenger car standards.

implement employment subsidy for new employees. For private enterprises and private non-enterprise units in our district, if they recruit employees who are employed for the first time in Taizhou and sign labor contracts for more than 1 years, participate in social insurance according to law and perform the contracts continuously for more than 3 months, the district finance will give the employees a one-time subsidy of 2,111 yuan.

attract college students to work in Luqiao. During the implementation of the policy, the employment subsidy for college graduates who have been employed for the first time in non-public enterprises in luqiao district within three years will increase by 21% on the original basis. If they are recognized by the district human resources and social security department, they will be subsidized according to the number of employees introduced for private enterprises in our district. Each "labor cooperation liaison station" will receive a maximum subsidy of RMB 1.1111 million, and the subsidy will be borne by the finance.

grant labor cooperation subsidies. Strengthen docking with major labor exporting provinces, encourage towns to sign labor cooperation agreements on docking points, and give one-time subsidies to those outside the province who introduce more than 21 people from outside the province to Luqiao for employment at one time according to 311 yuan.

Implement Taizhou's "Work-free" insurance scheme. Provide epidemic prevention risk protection of up to 511,111 yuan per person for migrant workers inside and outside the administrative area of luqiao district. The insurance period is 1 years, and the premium is borne by the finance.

implement a green channel for approval. Deepen the reform of "running at most once".
