Cainiao Global Headquarters Building was built in Hangzhou, which is one of the landmark buildings in Hangzhou in the future. The following is the landscape design scheme for the rookie headquarters and industrial park made by HWA Angel Doyle.

11. Project background

The project is located in the key "Future Science and Technology City" in Hangzhou, between the core of the Future Science and Technology City and the green center of South Lake, with obvious location advantages. According to the overall planning and layout of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City in 2118, the project base is a new key area. Within 11KM of the base, it is adjacent to several natural landscapes (Nanhu Park, Xixi Wetland, Liangchu and West Lake Scenic Area), with superior ecological landscape resources. Near Jinxing Station of Metro Line 5 and Intercity Railway Station of Metro Line 3, several subway lines are adjacent and the traffic is convenient.

12. Design concept

The design concept of this enterprise headquarters and industrial park project is "double-ring drive, creating the future together". "Double Ring" is the core inner ring composed of four courtyards with headquarters as the core, and the ecological vitality outer ring composed of industrial park phase I and phase II and riverside landscape belt. The two rings are closely linked to create an open, green, interactive, efficient and fast smart landscape, leading the future of innovative technology industry.

The inner courtyard of the headquarters is constructed. The design inspiration comes from the capture of the site access and the surrounding environment, and it is divided into four theme courtyards: future courtyard, water courtyard, mountain courtyard and sky courtyard. The design of industrial park is mainly based on the time period and space utilization mode of the site. Through the analysis of users' time behavior, the landscape design needs to provide semi-private space functions for internal personnel, including outdoor lunch, outdoor meeting, sports and fitness, activities and making friends.

Future Courtyard

As the courtyard connecting the main entrance, the future courtyard on the east side is designed with a multi-functional central square to undertake the function of crowd distribution. Square space can also be used to organize activities. Connect the ground and the building facade with the corporate LOGO, highlighting the corporate culture of the Internet, which is full of science and technology. The right fellowship courtyard serves the conference lecture hall in the venue, extending the conference communication function from indoor to outdoor. In the future, the courtyard will be dominated by hard space, with local tree-lined greening.

Water Courtyard

The south water courtyard is close to the river course of Shanhegang, so it takes water as the theme. The functions of the restaurant on the west side of the courtyard and the sports hall on the east side have been extended in outdoor space. Hydrophilic platform, outdoor sports ground and mirror water features form a courtyard space with dynamic and static combination and rich sense of balance. The floating island lotus pond and the spring-jumping fog spray set off the atmosphere of the venue, which made users feel happy and relaxed moderately in the venue, which helped to reduce pressure and improve work efficiency.

Mountain Courtyard

The courtyard on the west side takes advantage of Ma 'anshan and takes "Mountain" as the theme. The second-floor platform and the first-floor courtyard are unified, and a stepped leisure wooden platform is designed by using the height difference of 5.5m between the second floor and the first floor to enrich the spatial level and create a variety of spatial experiences. The mountain courtyard is dominated by natural ecology, and the rainwater habitat, ecological green slope, original stone bench and wooden platform add a touch of natural temperature to the busy work.

Sky Courtyard

The sky courtyard on the north side has good lighting to the south, which is mainly used for outdoor meetings. The landscape design light veranda is connected in series with three outdoor conference rooms. Based on this, two mirror pools are designed to separate the central conference area from the building corridor through space to ensure the privacy of the conference rooms. Design wetland green island in mirror pool to create a quiet original ecological atmosphere. The fire evacuation sites on both sides of the courtyard combine the under-forest rest platform with outdoor dining platform according to the use function of adjacent building space, and divide the use area through height difference design, which makes the multi-level space experience rich.

14. Scheme design-ecological vitality outer ring

The open square is the main element that constitutes the ecological vitality outer ring. The outer ring industrial park is different from the privacy-oriented headquarters park, and needs to be more open to attract enterprises to settle in. The landscape design of the park focuses on the relationship with the architectural function, providing a small space suitable for communication, a relatively open space for activities, a large-scale activity square space and a private enterprise garden.

SMART

The central multifunctional flash lawn is designed for leisure and small-scale activities, the Orange Island can be used for lunch leisure and outdoor negotiation, and the Green Island is an outdoor garden to beautify the environment. Outdoor space is small and rich, with diverse functions and flexible combination. The enclosed space of SMART Green Square, led by sunken garden and central waterscape, provides a semi-private rest place for the open square. The under-forest platforms on both sides serve as outdoor leisure dining space, which strengthens the sense of place and enhances the charm of the venue.

media

The Media Enterprise Plaza is connected to the main entrance of the first phase of the industrial park. In order to ensure the function of passage and assembly, the hard plaza is mainly used. The wooden platforms on both sides of the entrance square are designed to be suitable for users to stand and sit on outdoor furniture of two sizes, and can be used as outdoor lunch bars or team outdoor meetings. On both sides, it is easy to handle by combining space leisure benches with greening groups. The interactive jumping spring scenery in the center of the square can be used as festival performances and interactive games, which is the core highlight of the entrance square. The lawn below MEDIA Greenland Square is the core, and leisure dining spaces of various scales are reserved on both sides. The overall spatial scale is larger than that of SMART Plaza, which is suitable for more people to gather, the spatial temperament and color matching are more quiet, and the spatial relationship is more complete, which mainly meets the space demand of * * *.

LIVELY

LIVELY Plaza located in the second phase of the industrial park can be used to host large-scale activities. In addition to meeting the function of the distribution site, the square is divided into multi-scale spaces through the placement of outdoor furniture and the adjustment of height difference, and the layout is flexible, which not only meets the leisure functions required by users during working hours, but also provides them with sports venues. As a venue for leisure activities, LIVELY Plaza can be used for commercial promotion and sales, outdoor performances and leisure picnics. As a sports venue, the square can be used as a temporary outdoor stadium and a sunlight yoga venue.

LUXURY

Unlike other venues, luxury single-family corporate gardens tend to be high-end and quiet. Hedge enclosure ensures the privacy of the courtyard inside the garden, and provides outdoor meeting and business negotiation space inside.
