Cases 1 and 2 are husband and wife, among which 4 cases and 1 asymptomatic infected persons are the same traveler of the couple, and these 7 infected persons are all elderly tourists over 60 years old.
The first case is 1-2, and their nucleic acid test is positive. Later, through epidemiological investigation, five tourists in the same industry were tested for nucleic acid, and all the results were positive. Except for 1, the other 6 people were asymptomatic infections.
Before the diagnosis, the patient visited many famous scenic spots, such as go on road trip in Inner Mongolia and North Square of Xi Wild Goose Pagoda, and ate in many hotels and restaurants.
Three: Xi 'an has 1553 close contacts, and 33,000 people have nucleic acid tests. Although there are only 7 infected people in Xi 'an this epidemic, there are as many as 1.553 close contacts, among which 1.654, 38+0.33 have no abnormal nucleic acid detection results. There were 266 close contacts at the scene. There were 457 close contacts and 37 close contacts from other places.
In Xi 'an, 33,000 people were sampled urgently, and 20,000 of them tested negative for nucleic acid. The 18 site visited by this case was closed and managed, and 2000 environmental samples were collected. No abnormalities were found.
The epidemic situation in Xi 'an was caught off guard, but Xi 'an responded quickly. After the results of nucleic acid detection came out, two cases were isolated, and five other colleagues also carried out nucleic acid detection and isolation. At the same time, close contacts are screened to minimize the risk of epidemic spread.
However, where these two cases were infected and who are the potential infected people need further investigation. The severity of Xi 'an epidemic depends on the increase of cases in the next 1-2 weeks. Generally speaking, from the beginning to the end of the epidemic, from the day when the number of Xi 'an cases is zero, it takes at least two incubation periods, that is, 28 days.
