Second, how to cancel the food business license?

Cancellation process

Step 1: The applicant logs in to the reporting end of the original food and drug supervision and administration department or the provincial food business license management system (online application), fills in the Application for Cancellation of Food Business License and attaches relevant application materials.

Step 2: The applicant submits the application materials to the food and drug supervision and administration department that originally issued the license. If the materials are complete and conform to the statutory form, they shall be accepted; If there are errors in the application materials that can be corrected on the spot, the applicant is allowed to correct them on the spot; If the application materials are incomplete or do not conform to the statutory form, the applicant shall be informed of all the contents that need to be supplemented on the spot or within five working days.

Step 3: If it meets the requirements, make a written decision to grant the license according to law; If it does not meet the requirements, it shall make a written decision not to grant the license according to law, and inform the applicant of the right to apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law, and explain the reasons at the same time.

Step 4: The applicant goes to the window of the Food and Drug Administration of the former food and drug administration department to receive the Notice of Approval for Cancellation or the Decision of No Cancellation.

When the enterprise does not operate, all other relevant documents shall be cancelled after the business license is cancelled. Submit the cancellation application and related materials to the original license issuing agency, and handle it after verification. If it is necessary to handle it in person, it will not be automatically cancelled.
