Second, standardize the implementation of classified inspection travel requirements.

All localities strictly implemented the requirements of the Notice on Orderly Doing a Good Job in the Detection of Nucleic Acid in People's Travel during Spring Festival travel rush issued by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council, and guided the people to travel in an orderly manner from1October 28th to March 8th.

First, people in high-risk areas or people who have lived in high-risk areas for nearly 14 days do not move.

Second, personnel in medium-risk areas or those who have lived in medium-risk areas for nearly 14 days will not flow in principle during their stay in Spring Festival travel rush. Third, people from other areas of the city where the middle and high risk areas are located must have a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 7 days when traveling across provinces and cities during the peak period in Spring Festival travel rush.

Fourth, people in low-risk areas. If it is really necessary for key groups such as employees who import cold chain food, employees who are in direct contact with imported goods at ports, and staff in isolated places to travel across provinces and cities, returnees who return to rural areas across provinces shall hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid testing within 7 days. Other personnel should travel with the health code "green code" and flow in an orderly manner under the premise of normal body temperature and personal protection.
