The employment of college students is a recognized problem in today's society. Especially after 2009, the employment gap of college students is getting bigger and bigger, and it is no longer realistic to rely solely on the supply and demand relationship in the manpower market to solve the problem of difficult employment of college students, so it is imperative to open up a new road that is effective, innovative and suitable for the development of contemporary youth's own potential. Independent entrepreneurship among college students is a policy actively pursued by colleges and universities and local government agencies, and the results are relatively good and suitable for the development intentions of contemporary youth [1]. In fact, as early as five years ago, the Ministry of Education has introduced policies on encouraging college students to start their own businesses. This includes allowing college students and graduate students to take a break from their studies to start their own businesses. In 2009, the General Office of the State Council issued a circular that college graduates can enjoy four preferential policies for entrepreneurship [2]. Guizhou Province also in 2013, carried out the innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students, which is funded by the provincial education department and college **** together [3], aimed at encouraging college students to learn about entrepreneurship. From this, we can see that the focus of national attention has been shifted from employment to entrepreneurship. In the future, colleges and universities, local preferential policies to encourage college students to start their own businesses will also blossom [4]. In the face of this situation, our school has shifted its teaching center to entrepreneurship since 2013. At present, our university has successfully declared a national science and technology park, and more than 80 entrepreneurial teams have moved into it. In the face of the entrepreneurial "heat wave" coming, how the entrepreneurial level of college students, how to grasp the market situation and national policies will directly lead to the success rate and entrepreneurial level of college students' entrepreneurship. Therefore, this research group began in March 2015, Guizhou University College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from freshman to senior **** about 3,800 college students in the census.
1 Methodology of the subject study
This subject is mainly through the design of questionnaires, questionnaires issued to the students of the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Guizhou University, focusing on the return visit to the students who have a clear entrepreneurial intention. Interviews with students who have succeeded in entrepreneurship, and seek successful experience from them. All the questionnaires and interview records to summarize the data, and the results are collated and summarized, drawing charts and graphs, and the use of analytical software for regression analysis of survey data, the main problems faced by college students in entrepreneurship and the urgent need for help, in the process of analysis through the strict test of significance of the problem, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
2 analysis of college students' entrepreneurship
2.1 analysis method
Through the survey of college students in the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Guizhou University, this survey used the form of a questionnaire, questionnaire a **** set six single-choice questions, two multiple-choice questions and a short answer questions. *** issued 3800 questionnaires, 3350 recovered questionnaires, the recovery rate of 88.8%, the number of valid questionnaires is 3150, of which students with entrepreneurial intent accounted for 41% of the valid questionnaires. The project team of the questionnaire in the multiple-choice questions with statistical software to analyze the data, after analyzing the data, we also focus on the data for the prominent issues in the investigation of the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering has entrepreneurial intent students, and to the entrepreneurial success of the students who want to start their own business students of the problem and get some solutions.
2.2 questionnaire data analysis
(1) the proportion of male and female students of various majors in the School of Chemical Engineering School of Chemical Engineering has always been a male and female science and technology colleges, the survey mainly involves four majors, four grades, the proportion of men and women as shown in Table 1: the number of people of all grades than: first year: second year: third year: fourth year 1.2: 1.1: 1.1: 1.1: 1.0 (2) whether to choose to start a business now, the number of students in the school of chemistry and chemical engineering is not the only one, but it is also the only way to get the best out of the school. ) Whether to choose entrepreneurship now the urgent form of employment in our country, many college students are facing the plight of unemployment upon graduation, and by the traditional concept of bondage and the previous generation of people want to engage in drought and flood insurance income of this kind of work, a part of the students still want to look for a stable job [5], at the same time there are also a part of the students want to keep pace with the times, to open up a new way of earning money, between the first of this on the students of our college Whether there is an entrepreneurial intention to carry out a graded survey. The results of the survey are shown in Figure 1: 22% and 25% of the freshmen and sophomores have the intention to start a business, while 43% and 56% of the juniors and seniors have the intention to start a business. For those who are starting their own business, 6% and 12% of freshmen and sophomores respectively, while 16% and 28% of juniors and seniors respectively. This shows that senior students are more inclined to entrepreneurship both in thought and action. In today's fierce competition, graduating college students are more aware of the urgency of the employment situation, which also indicates that entrepreneurship will become another major choice for college students to enter the society. (3) Reasons for choosing entrepreneurship (multiple choice) As shown in Figure 2, when asked why they chose entrepreneurship, the proportion of freshmen and sophomores who chose to "realize personal value" was about 72%, which is also the reason why most Chinese entrepreneurs start their own business after the reform and opening up, not because of "earning more money". This is also the reason why most Chinese entrepreneurs start their own business after the reform and opening up, not because they want to make more money. The proportion of junior and senior students who chose "freedom from being controlled" and "unwilling to work for others" was more than 77%, and the proportion of students who chose "difficult to find a job" was about 86%, which also shows that with the growth of age, the students' cognition of the social status quo is also more realistic. Although they have not yet entered the society, senior students know more about the employment situation than junior students. (4) the choice of entrepreneurial fields as shown in Figure 3, when asked to choose which field of entrepreneurship, the survey results show that: in the willingness to start a business, hope to engage in the chemical industry to open factories only 2.3% of the students; in addition to 79.3% of the choice to do business, including catering, agency services and other ways of doing business; 5.7% of the choice to do business consulting services; while 12.7% of the choice of the other, which is not a lack of Some students have no clear direction of entrepreneurship. (5) The choice of entrepreneurial methods Asked what kind of "entrepreneurial methods" the respondents take, the results show the following Figure 4: "with friends" accounted for a relatively large proportion of entrepreneurship, amounting to 65.8%; followed by "with classmates" accounted for 19.7%; and "with classmates" accounted for 19.7%; and "with friends" accounted for 19.7%; and "with classmates" accounted for 19.7%. 7%; 8.3% for "doing it alone"; and 6.2% for "with parents or relatives". This shows that most of the students consider cooperating with their friends, who have the same topics, similar hobbies and ideas, and trust each other more. This is also a better choice for college students to work with. (6) The biggest difficulties of college students' entrepreneurship As shown in Figure 5, when asked about the biggest difficulties of college students' entrepreneurship, 46.2% of the students think that "lack of capital" is the biggest difficulty encountered in entrepreneurship, followed by "don't know how to do it" and "difficult to know good partners", which account for 46.2% of the respondents respectively. ", accounting for 18.7% and 20.2% of the respondents respectively, 10% chose "no good project", and the proportion of "no support from home" was the lowest, 4.9%, indicating that family intervention is not the main factor affecting students' entrepreneurship. This shows that family intervention is not the main factor affecting students' entrepreneurship. (7) Whether to understand the relevant national policies to support entrepreneurship, as shown in Figure 6, 18% of the freshmen and sophomores understand the relevant policies, 30% of the juniors understand, and 52% of the seniors understand. This shows that freshmen and sophomores have not yet graduated from the onslaught of employment pressure, so less attention to entrepreneurship policies, while juniors and seniors are more concerned about this aspect because they are about to graduate.
3 Problems found after analyzing the questionnaire
In the face of the results of the survey above, we found a few obvious problems: (1) Our college belongs to a college where there are more boys than girls, and the students who have entrepreneurial ideas account for most of the students, and the majority of these students are boys, which means that boys are more willing to break into the world than girls, and girls like to live a relatively stable life. This shows that male students are more willing to venture into the world than female students, while female students are more willing to live a relatively stable life. Moreover, among the students who have the intention to start their own business or have already started their own business, there are more senior students, which shows that junior students have not yet suffered from the trouble of employment, so they have given little thought to this aspect, but senior students will be planning for the future, and that is why the above survey results have appeared. (2) According to the division of our college students by grade, most of the lower grade students want to start their own business because they want to realize their personal value, while the higher grade students consider more because they know more about the pressure of employment. Most of the students who want to start their own business think that it is difficult to get a job, and most of them think that they can work freely and not to be governed by other people, which is in line with the characteristics of contemporary college students that they have more freedom of thought and don't want to be bound by the constraints. (3) From the point of view of the entrepreneurial direction chosen by our students, few students want to engage in this specialty, and most of them want to engage in commercial business. The reason for this is that there are two main issues to consider. The first is the cost of the problem, engaged in this profession to open a factory cost a huge amount of money and long recovery costs, for our students from ordinary families, it is difficult, and engaged in the service industry is a small investment in quick results; another reason for not wanting to engage in this profession is due to the level of the professional level is not high enough, although in the university during the four years of study, but the mastery of the field of specialization is still far from being enough, compared to the business sector to be more simple, business has created a desire to engage in this profession is not high enough. simple, business creates a situation where fewer students want to engage in this major. (4) Most of the students hope that they can start a business with their friends, indicating that nowadays . College students prefer like-minded people who trust each other as business partners, which also shows that college students nowadays are a group of warm-blooded young people who emphasize love and righteousness. However, it is not enough for college students to have enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, but college students feel that the lack of capital is the biggest problem in the process of entrepreneurship [6]. The state has also introduced a lot of related policies to support college students' entrepreneurship. According to the survey, the students who understand this part of the policy accounted for a minority of students in the lower grades, and half of the students in the upper grades. In this regard, universities should popularize and educate students on entrepreneurship policies to achieve the degree of awareness, and create favorable conditions for students to start their own businesses.
4 Suggestions for promoting entrepreneurship among college students
(1) Fewer students in the lower grades have entrepreneurial ideas, while more students in the upper grades have entrepreneurial ideas but are more confused about entrepreneurship. Our project team suggests that the college should start to offer courses on entrepreneurship popularization and counseling from the lower grades, so that students can recognize the current employment situation in China, cultivate their interest in entrepreneurship, and popularize some of the state's support policies for entrepreneurship [7]. So that students with entrepreneurial ideas start to plan for entrepreneurship as early as possible; (2) for some students who want to engage in the direction of their own specialty, but are worried about the lack of professional knowledge. My project team suggests to open a series of knowledge around our college to expand the course, such as can improve the innovation and application of chemical knowledge of self-selected chemical experiment course, can enhance the understanding of the market market internship courses. Only by increasing the enthusiasm of our college students for the knowledge they have learned can we really make learning useful; only by closely linking the learning experience of college students with their social experience can we make college students' entrepreneurship targeted and not be a fly without a head; (3) For the selection of entrepreneurial partners, our project team took into account the fact that because of the large number of college students' only children nowadays, their personalities are too distinctive, and they do not get along well with their classmates, so our team suggested to set up a series of expansion courses around our college knowledge. Not very harmonious problem, we suggest that the college can carry out some team nature to participate in scientific research projects or entrepreneurial competitions, as a way to enhance the spirit of mutual help and solidarity between students, at the same time, for the future entrepreneurial team to lay the foundation for building; (4) for the entrepreneurial ideas of college students on the direction of entrepreneurship and what to do is very confused about the issue of suggesting that in addition to our college to open courses, should be invited to have the experience of students or successful entrepreneurs as a business. experience students or successful entrepreneurs as lecturers or program consultants. So that our college students entrepreneurship is guaranteed; (5) our college should make use of our university science and technology park and a series of school for entrepreneurial college students to set up a service platform, not only so that our students have enough entrepreneurial thinking and enthusiasm, and can be our students and other faculties of the students for the exchange of ideas, so that entrepreneurial projects are more comprehensive, so that the competitiveness of the market is more powerful.
5 Prospects
Since Tsinghua University's "Entrepreneurship Plan Competition" in 1997, the entrepreneurial awareness of China's major universities has become stronger and stronger. 1999 January announced the "Revitalization of Education for the 21st Century Plan of Action", which puts forward the need to "Strengthen entrepreneurship education for teachers and students, and encourage them to start their own high-tech enterprises" [8]. Since then, for 15 years, major universities have been groping their way forward. Nowadays, the way of offering entrepreneurship education courses within the institution, building college students' entrepreneurship science and technology parks on campus, and carrying out the activities of innovation course competitions between campuses has been formed. This has made college students' entrepreneurship education in general achieve greater results and accumulate certain experience. Although the current mode of entrepreneurship education is still in the beginning and pilot stage, did not form a complete system structure, but I believe that in the near future, a complete and sound entrepreneurship and innovation system for college students will be the countless college students to successful entrepreneurship road!
