1. Insert the valve inlet into the angle valve interface of the steel cylinder and tighten the handwheel counterclockwise. The pressure reducing valve should be kept in a horizontal position, the air pipe must be inserted into the warning line, and the air outlet hose should be fixed with a clip.
2. Before the product leaves the factory, the outlet flow and pressure have been adjusted. Don't adjust them without authorization.
3. After the product is used, the cylinder angle valve should be closed, so that the pressure reducing valve is not in working condition.
4. For the convenience of operation and maintenance, valves are generally installed vertically on horizontal pipes.
Precautions:
1. For convenience of operation and maintenance, valves are generally installed vertically on horizontal pipelines.
2. The installation of the pressure reducing valve must strictly follow the direction of the arrow on the valve body to keep consistent with the flow direction of the fluid. If the water quality is unclean and contains some impurities, a filter must be installed at the upstream water inlet of the pressure reducing valve.
3. In order to prevent the pressure behind the valve from overpressure, a pressure reducing valve should be installed at a distance of not less than 4M from the valve outlet.
4. The pressure reducing valve plays a certain check role in the pipeline. In order to prevent the harm of water hammer, a small expansion tank can also be installed to prevent the damage of pipes and valves. The filter must be installed in front of the pressure reducing valve inlet pipe, and the expansion tank must be installed behind the pressure reducing valve outlet pipe!
5. If the pressure reducing valve needs to be installed in the hot water system, a check valve must be installed between the pressure reducing valve and the expansion tank. This can not only make the expansion tank absorb the increased water due to thermal expansion, but also prevent the influence of hot water backflow or pressure fluctuation on the pressure reducing valve and ensure the long-term normal operation of the pressure reducing valve.
