How to maintain reverse osmosis equipment?

1. Before starting the equipment, the operator should be familiar with the name and function of the instrument on the electrical control panel of the reverse osmosis host, the installation device and circuit diagram of the instrument on the panel.

2. If yes, open the drain valve on the outlet pipe of the activated carbon filter, observe the drainage with naked eyes, and close the drain valve after confirming that there is no toner in the water and the water quality is clean. Then open the drain valve at the lower part of the microporous membrane fine filter, and close the drain valve after the water quality is clean.

3. Check whether the pretreatment system of the reverse osmosis equipment and the components of the reverse osmosis host are normal, adjust the on-off state of each valve, and confirm that the waterway is unblocked during operation.

4. Always open the inlet valve of the pressurized water pump and slightly open the reflux valve of the bypass pipe of the water pump, with moderate opening.

5. Close the control valve on the bypass pipe of the sand filter and open the inlet valve and outlet valve of the sand filter. At the same time, close the control valve on the bypass pipe of the activated carbon filter and open the inlet valve and outlet valve of the activated carbon filter.

6. Always open the concentrated water regulating valve of reverse osmosis equipment, and adjust the throttle valve behind the high-pressure pump to a moderate state.

7. Open the exhaust valve at the top of the fine filter, and close the exhaust valve after the water pressure of the equipment is stable.

8. Close four three-phase air switches and one single-phase air switch in the low-voltage power distribution device for power transmission.

9. Insert the power plugs of the sand filter, carbon filter and automatic water softener into the 220v socket respectively, turn on the power supply, and then adjust the controller to make it run.

10. Turn the power switch ON the electrical control panel of the reverse osmosis main engine from the OFF position to the on position. When the power supply is connected, the water inlet solenoid valve is opened, and the pressurized water pump and the high-pressure water pump are started at the same time.

1 1. When the power switch of the reverse osmosis main machine is turned on, the flushing solenoid valve is set in the microcomputer controller, and the reverse osmosis main machine automatically flushes. Every time the power supply is turned off and started, it is automatically flushed. When the power is turned off, the timer will be cancelled and reset to zero, and the timer will be restarted next time.

12. During the operation of reverse osmosis equipment, when the inlet water pressure is lower than the set value of the low-pressure switch, the low-pressure switch acts, and the microcomputer controller sets to turn off the high-pressure pump of the main engine. After the water pressure is restored, the high-pressure pump of the main engine will start automatically.

13. After the reverse osmosis main machine is flushed, properly adjust the throttle valve behind the high-pressure pump, and control the water pressure in front of the membrane not to exceed 15kg/cm2. At the same time, adjust the concentrated water regulating valve to control the pure water flow.
