There are many cuisines in Wuhan City Vocational College. As students of this school, they especially like the cuisines in Wucheng canteen. Here, I would like to recommend two of my favorite cuisines to future students, hoping to help them.
1, Regan Noodles, Wuhan
Regan Noodles is the most representative food in Wuhan. For Wuhan people, it is soulless without Regan Noodles's "premature"! In one of our canteens, there is authentic Regan Noodles and a bowl of authentic Regan Noodles. The sauce is fragrant and delicious, the noodles are smooth and smooth, and with sweet rice wine, it is the beginning of a full day. Therefore, when you come to Wuhan, you don't have to go to the Yellow Crane Tower, you don't have to eat Chu cuisine, but you absolutely have to eat Regan Noodles, especially Regan Noodles in Wucheng canteen, which is very authentic.
2. Wuhan glutinous rice chicken
glutinous rice chicken is a special snack that the old Wuhan people like very much. The glutinous rice chicken in Wuhan has nothing to do with chicken, but is made of glutinous rice, mushrooms, pork belly and other ingredients as fillings and fried in an oil pan. The fried glutinous rice chicken is crispy in appearance, soft and glutinous inside, and salty in stuffing. It is delicious when served as a snack in hot pot for breakfast. This is a must-eat food at school, and it is highly recommended.
