Decision of Haikou Municipal People's Government on Abolishing the Reservation and Adjustment of Government Normative Documents, which was considered and adopted at the 42nd executive meeting of the 15th municipal government on June 29th, 2115, is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of August 11, 2115.

Decision of Haikou Municipal People's Government on Abolishing the Reservation and Adjustment of Government Normative Documents
In order to further implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and strengthen the management of government normative documents, it is decided to abolish 125 pieces of government normative documents, keep 142 pieces with a clear validity period, and adjust them into 111 pieces of government internal documents, which are hereby announced. The validity period of the retained government normative documents shall be calculated from the date of implementation of this decision. If the validity period is not extended by the Municipal People's Government according to law, the documents shall be invalidated automatically.
