Open the homepage of China Volunteer Service Network, click Forgot Password, verify the user name, enter the user name or ID number as prompted, and click Next.

1. Verify the email address, enter the email address as prompted, and click OK.

2. Fill in the verification code and the new login password received in the mailbox to complete the password reset.
