Declaration conditions:

1. Enterprises with independent legal personality registered in Chifeng City were not included in the record of dishonesty.

2. Enterprises have R&D investment, and regulate the collection and separate establishment of auxiliary accounts for R&D expenditures.

3. The enterprise has enjoyed the policy of adding and deducting R&D expenses for income tax settlement in 2020 and 20021year.

4. If the enterprise is a standardized enterprise (standardized industrial enterprise, standardized service enterprise and super-grade and first-class construction enterprise) included in the national scientific and technological statistical survey, on the basis of meeting the above three conditions of this article, it must also truthfully fill in the enterprise R&D statistical statements for 2020 and 20021year according to the requirements of the statistical department.
