I. Design conditions

1, building overview

The load-bearing structure of this project is brick-concrete structure except that the hall part is cast-in-place reinforced concrete semi-frame structure. The buried depth of toe foundation is 1.9 m, and the strip brick toe foundation is built on C 15 plain concrete cushion. The toe foundation is provided with cast-in-place reinforced concrete ring beams, which are supported by solid brick walls, and each floor is provided with cast-in-place reinforced concrete ring beams; Anti-seismic structural columns are set at the replacement position of the inner and outer walls and the corner of the outer wall; Toilets and bathrooms use cast-in-place floors, while other floors and roofs use prefabricated reinforced concrete perforated plates. Girders, stairs and overhangs are all cast-in-place reinforced concrete members.

In addition to the hall, corridor, laboratory, bathroom, back stairs, lifting steps, indoor floors are all cement mortar. White mortar spraying 106 coating is mainly used for interior decoration, and paint is mainly used for exterior decoration. The wall between windows is dry stone, and the waist line and window cover are decorative tiles. Aproll is a disposable facing for unreinforced concrete.

The roof is made of slag concrete, two felt and three oil waterproof layers and mung bean sand. The roof of the master was paved with concrete precast slabs.

Equipment installation and water, heating and electricity engineering are the same as civil engineering.

2. Geological and environmental conditions

According to the survey report, the soil is Grade I macroporous loess, the bearing capacity of natural foundation is 1.50 kn/m2, and the coordinates of spring water are 7 ~ 8m below the surface. The maximum freezing depth of soil in this area is 0.5m.

The south side of the construction site is the completed building, the west side of the north side is the wall of the company's property, and the east side is the XX highway. Do not occupy the sidewalk within 3 meters of the sidewalk, and do not damage the trees along the street. There are still high-voltage transmission lines and telephone lines passing above the sidewalk (see the simplest plan).

3, the construction period

Limit the total construction period to 10 months.
