Provisions on Law Enforcement Dress Management (Provisional)
These Provisions are formulated to strengthen the law enforcement dress management of the food and drug administration system in Shandong Province, standardize the law enforcement dress behavior and establish a good law enforcement image.
first, the scope of law enforcement dress
The food and drug administrations at all levels in the province and their directly affiliated units that undertake administrative law enforcement functions have staff with administrative law enforcement qualifications.
second, standard clothing and signs
(1) standard clothing includes:
uniforms (autumn and winter uniforms, spring and summer uniforms);
shirts (half-sleeved shirts, long-sleeved shirts outside and long-sleeved shirts inside);
winter coat;
hats (spring and autumn hats, summer hats and winter hats);
tie;
tie clip;
belt;
leather shoes (single shoes and cotton shoes).
(2) Clothing signs include:
epaulettes (hard epaulettes for uniforms, soft epaulettes for shirts and sleeve epaulettes for coats);
armband;
cap badge;
name tag.
(3) the styles of standard clothes and signs shall be uniformly stipulated by the provincial food and drug administration.
III. Distribution standard and renewal period
The distribution standard and renewal period of standard clothes and signs are as follows:
(1) Autumn and winter uniforms: 2 sets of western-style suits for each person, in principle, 1 sets will be renewed every 2 years, and 1 pairs of pants will be added every two changes.
(2) uniforms in spring and summer: 2 sets of western-style suits (plus 1 skirts for lesbians) for each person. In principle, one set will be renewed every two years, and 1 pairs of pants will be added every two times (choose one of lesbians' pants and skirts).
(3) Winter coats: 1 for each person, and 1 for renewal every 4 years in principle.
(4) Half-sleeved shirts: 2 for each person, and in principle, 1 will be renewed every year.
(5) Long-sleeved shirts for external wear: 2 for each person, and 1 for replacement every year in principle.
(6) Wear long-sleeved shirts: 2 for each person, and in principle, change 1 pieces every year.
(7) hats: 1 hats in spring and autumn and 1 hats in summer. In principle, 1 hats will be renewed every 4 years; There are 1 hats per person in winter, and in principle, 1 hats will be renewed every 5 years.
(8) Ties: 2 for each person, and 1 for each year.
tie clips: 2 for each person, and 1 for replacement every year.
(9) belts: 1 for each person and 1 for renewal every 2 years.
(11) Leather shoes: 2 pairs of single shoes per person, in principle, 1 pairs will be renewed every 2 years; There are 1 pairs of cotton shoes per person, and in principle, 1 pairs will be renewed every 3 years.
(11) epaulettes: hard, soft and sleeve epaulettes are distributed with uniforms.
(12) armbands: distributed with uniforms.

IV. Dress standards
(1) Law enforcement officers should wear standard clothes, standard leather shoes, standard belts, signs and hats and ties according to actual conditions.
spring clothes: uniforms, long-sleeved shirts inside and long-sleeved shirts outside.
summer clothes: uniform pants (skirts) and half-sleeved shirts.
Autumn and winter clothes: uniforms, long-sleeved shirts and winter coats
(2) Seasonal dressing time
Spring: from mid-March to mid-May;
summer: from late May to early September;
autumn and winter: from mid-September to early March of the following year.
the municipal food and drug administration can appropriately adjust the seasonal dressing time according to the regional climate.
V. Dressing occasions
(1) In the following occasions, law enforcement officers should wear standard clothes:
1. During administrative law enforcement;
2. When food safety and drug safety are supervised and guaranteed for catering services at major events;
3. When concentrating on large-scale official activities;
4. Other occasions that should be in dressing the.
(2) Law enforcement officers may not wear standard clothes in the following occasions:
1. Off-hours;
2. When going out to handle affairs unrelated to official duties;
3. The body shape of female law enforcement officers has changed significantly after pregnancy;
4. It is not appropriate to wear standard clothes when performing special inspection tasks;
5. Other occasions where you don't need to wear standard clothes.
(3) When handling other daily administrative affairs, you can wear standard clothes as needed.
VI. Dress discipline
Dress should be dignified, neat, tidy, complete and serious.
(1) Standard clothes should not be mixed with casual clothes, and clothes in different seasons should not be mixed. Don't wear a standard hat askew, don't wear clothes, open your arms, roll up your sleeves, roll up your trouser legs, etc.
(2) The standard clothes should be kept clean and tidy.
(3) When dressing, the badges such as epaulettes, armbands, cap badges and badges should be worn completely according to the regulations, and they should not be mixed. The wearing position should be accurate and correct.
(4) When dressing, you should behave in a civilized manner. Don't play and make noise in public places; Do not smoke in places where smoking is prohibited; You are not allowed to enter commercial entertainment places unless you need to work.
(5) When dressing, you should carry the Administrative Law Enforcement Certificate with you.
VII. Daily management
(1) Management principle: Standard clothes and signs shall be managed in a unified style, number, production separately and at different levels.
(2) Division of management: The Provincial Food and Drug Administration is responsible for formulating technical specifications for the production of standard clothing and signs, making uniform clothing signs, assigning number segments of breastplates, and supervising and inspecting the systematic law enforcement dress. The food and drug administration at all levels below the provincial level is responsible for the production of standard clothing and the daily management of law enforcement clothing within its administrative area.
(3) Daily management regulations:
1. Food and drug administrations at all levels shall strictly examine the scope of clothing, and shall not distribute standard clothing to those who are not qualified for administrative law enforcement.
2. Standard clothes and signs shall be made according to the technical specifications stipulated by the Provincial Food and Drug Administration, and the colors, styles and signs of standard clothes shall not be changed without authorization.
3. The name tag shall be numbered uniformly according to the specified numbering method and the range of allocated number segments.
4. Standard clothing and its logo shall not be given or lent to persons other than law enforcement officers.
5. If a law enforcement officer resigns or is dismissed, dismissed from public office or given criminal punishment, the unit where he works shall take back his standard clothes and signs. Those who have been put on file for examination because of suspected violation of law and discipline cannot wear standard clothing and signs. Law enforcement officers who are retired and transferred from the food and drug supervision and administration department due to work needs shall be taken back by their units.
VIII. Supervision and Inspection
Food and drug supervision departments at all levels should strengthen supervision and inspection of law enforcement dress work, and units and individuals who violate the regulations should be corrected in time; If the violation of the provisions is serious or refuses to correct, it shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions.
IX. Others
These Provisions shall be implemented as of the date of issuance. Before the issuance of these Provisions, those who have designed and produced the law enforcement standard clothing and signs can continue to wear them, and they will be executed according to these Provisions when the clothing is renewed.
