After receiving the notice from the corps, the detachment party committee attached great importance to it, and held two special meetings to study this year's 119 fire prevention publicity activities, and established the detachment leader Chen Yingxue and political commissar Ouyang Tinggui as the team leader, the deputy detachment leader Hu Changjing as the deputy team leader, and the division, administration, post and post. since the beginning of October, under the unified leadership of the municipal government, the detachment has actively organized various departments to coordinate and cooperate, and the city has effectively created a strong social fire safety atmosphere, which has made fire safety knowledge penetrate into thousands of households, with various forms, rich content and wide coverage, showing six highlights.
(1) "Firewire Mission" sounded the assembly number. Through this way of "college students holding primary school students' hands", not only do primary school students deeply understand the importance of fire safety, but also make college students deeply inspired and educated, and effectively create an all-round social fire propaganda atmosphere and effect of "one student drives a family and one family drives the whole society". On October 9th, the first "Fire Stamp Design for Primary School Students" works selection activity condensed a lot of popularity for the day's fire propaganda and became a highlight of the day's activities. More than 81 stamp works are imaginative, unique in material selection and full of childlike interest, showing the image of fire officers and soldiers in children's hearts. As soon as the stamps were exhibited, many people visited them, even foreign friends passing by stopped to watch them, read each work with great interest, and carefully voted for their favorite works. At the end of the activity, the first, second and third prizes were awarded according to the citizens' votes, and prizes and certificates were awarded to the winning pupils. According to the wishes of the pupils, these stamps were given to the frontline fire officers and soldiers of our detachment.
(3) The fire knowledge quiz is popular. On October 9th, the fire safety knowledge contest held in the downtown-Beihu Square was not to be outdone. The seemingly small answer sheet played a big role in propaganda, and the old man, grandmother and handsome men and beautiful women passing by flocked to answer questions. When you read the answer sheet, you can not only accept and master some common knowledge of fire safety and knowledge of fire prevention and control, fighting and escape in daily life, but also get small gifts, and many people are willing to take part in several rounds of quiz. At the scene, in order to enliven the atmosphere, the detachment also added "hand in hand" message boards, banners signed by thousands of people and other activities to let the masses leave their handprints and beautiful signatures like big stars, which greatly improved the enthusiasm of the masses to participate.
(4) Fire service advertisements "pull" the eye. In order to do a good job in the 19th "119" fire protection publicity activities this year, Nanchong detachment actively coordinated with the leaders of the municipal government and relevant departments, and closely focused on the publicity theme, combined with the characteristics of the city's fire protection work, asked
the municipal government and the municipal government office issued the "Notice on Launching Fire Protection Public Service Advertising" to start and implement the fire protection public service advertising publicity activities. With dance, sketch, catwalk, singing and other artistic expressions, the fire deeds are artistically processed to interpret the work and life of fire officers and soldiers. On the morning of "119" Fire Publicity Day, Hu Guangming, Vice Mayor of Nanchong Municipal Government, walked into the studio of Nanchong TV Station to give a televised speech on publicizing the Fire Protection Law, studying and implementing the general requirements of General Secretary Hu's "Three Sentences" and comprehensively strengthening fire protection work. It was broadcast in the "prime time" of Nanchong TV Station that evening, and it was replayed on the "News Channel" and "Public Channel" of this station at 12: 21 the next day. Vice Mayor Hu stressed: Doing a good job in fire control is a concrete manifestation of implementing Scientific Outlook on Development and a strong line of defense to protect the interests of the state and the collective and the safety of people's lives and property. During the "119" Fire Publicity Day, the stamp design competition for primary school students and community fire publicity activities carried out by the detachment were also frequently broadcast in Sichuan Workers Daily, Sichuan Education Herald, Nanchong Daily, Nanchong Evening News, Nanchong TV Station and other media, becoming the detachment with the highest level and the largest number of manuscripts in the province during the 119 fire publicity period. Not only that, the detachment also coordinated with China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom Company. Before and after the "119" publicity day, they sent free fire-fighting public service messages to mobile phone users, including the relevant laws and regulations of the Fire Protection Law, the general requirements of General Secretary Hu's "three sentences", and the common sense of daily fire prevention, fire fighting and escape and self-help, which reminded the people in the jurisdiction to pay attention to fire safety at all times, further expanding the scope of fire-fighting publicity. According to incomplete statistics, from October 1 to 9, detachment, Xichong, Yingshan and other places * * * sent more than 311,111 short messages.
(8) Fire volunteers are not to be outdone. During the 119 fire-fighting publicity, based on the "volunteer fire-fighting service team" established last year, the detachment actively contacted safety supervision, emergency office, transportation, petroleum, chemical industry, water, electricity, gas and other units, and established a volunteer fire-fighting service team formed by the heads of relevant industries or professional and technical backbone personnel. On 11/14, the detachment organized various volunteer service teams to hold the first volunteer winter fire fighting skill competition in West China Normal University. More than 31 teams and more than 111 players participated in the competitions of five people laying hoses, fighting oil basin fires, hurdling, crossing obstacles, and answering fire safety knowledge. Through the competition, the professional level of fire fighting volunteers has been greatly improved.
(9) The fire drill sounded the alarm. According to the original plan, the detachment carried out a comprehensive fire drill at Yuhao Hotel in the center of Nanchong on October 3rd, and more than 3,111 people, including Hu Guangming, deputy mayor of the Municipal People's Government, heads of relevant functional departments, fire safety leaders of relevant key safety units and citizens, were present to observe, which sounded the alarm for the general public to prevent fire in winter.
(11) The original mv enriches the propaganda connotation. Based on the 119 fire propaganda, the detachment filmed and produced the original song "China 119" MV written by Ouyang Tinggui, the political commissar of the detachment, with Nanchong Fire Brigade as the background, which showed the determination of Sichuan Fire Brigade to implement the general requirements of General Secretary Hu's "Three Sentences".
