(1) Registration

Specific measures:

1. Individual registration: unified online registration is implemented. Applicants log on to Qingdao Personnel Examination Network (), fill in and submit personal information truthfully, and upload photos as required. Each person is limited to one post. If the applicant logs in and fills in the registration information several times before the preliminary qualification examination, the last filling will automatically replace the previous filling information. Once the registration qualification has passed the preliminary examination, personal information cannot be changed. Applicants must use the second-generation ID card to register, and the ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same. Applicants who maliciously register registration information, disturb the registration order or forge academic credentials and other relevant documents to obtain the qualification for the examination, once verified, shall be disqualified from the examination by the competent recruitment department of the municipal institution, and shall not apply for the examination of the municipal institution within five years.

2. Preliminary examination of the unit: the recruiting unit designates a special person to be responsible for the preliminary examination of the qualification, check the online registration of the unit during the registration period, conduct qualification examination according to the information submitted by the candidates, and determine the preliminary examination results. Those who meet the registration qualifications and application conditions shall not refuse to register; If the preliminary examination fails, the reasons shall be explained; If the submitted materials are incomplete, the missing contents shall be indicated and returned to the candidates for supplement.

3. Payment: The examination fee is charged at 40 yuan per person. After the applicants have passed the preliminary examination, they will log on to Qingdao Personnel Examination Network at the specified time.
