Since the establishment of the zone, the management committee of the resort has successively invested 1.5 billion RMB for supporting infrastructure construction in the zone, such as water, electricity, roads, communications, cable TV, pipeline liquefied gas, pipeline heating and ecological sewage treatment plant, etc., achieving seven connections and one leveling, and building a five-horizontal and twenty-vertical transportation network. Luogu Mountain is located in the east of Yintan Tourist Resort, with an altitude of 395.9 meters, covering an area of 11 square kilometers.
