Article 3 Liability for Breach of Contract

(5) Altering the contract without authorization: Party B violates the agreement by altering the contract without authorization. Party A shall refund the direct losses or bear the increased travel expenses, and pay the liquidated damages of double the amount of travel losses or increased travel expenses. If Party A violates the agreement by changing the contract without authorization, it shall not ask for the refund of travel expenses. Therefore, the increased travel expenses shall be borne by Party A, and if losses are caused to Party B, it shall be liable for compensation.
(6) Travel itinerary delay: If the travel itinerary is delayed due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall obtain the written consent of Party A, continue to perform this contract and pay a penalty of 5% of the travel expenses; Where Party A requests to cancel the contract and terminate the tour, Party B shall arrange for Party A to return and refund the unfinished tour expenses, and pay a penalty of 5% of the tour expenses. Party A shall bear the accommodation and other necessary expenses incurred by Party A due to the delay of the tour itinerary.
(7) Abandoning the group: Party B abandoned Party A during the journey. Party A shall bear the accommodation and other necessary expenses incurred by Party A during the abandonment period, return the unfinished travel expenses and pay a penalty of double the travel expenses.
(8) Midway Expressway: Party A leaves the group without the consent of Party B during the journey. It shall be deemed as a unilateral termination of the contract, and Party B shall not be required to refund the travel expenses. If Party B causes losses, Party A shall be liable for compensation.
(9) Force Majeure: If Party A and Party B are unable to perform the contract due to force majeure, they shall be exempted from liability in part or in whole, except as otherwise provided by law.
(11) After Party A and Party B breach the contract, the other party shall take appropriate measures to prevent the loss from expanding; If appropriate measures are not taken to expand the losses, the expanded losses shall not be claimed.
