The address book contact file cannot be found on the mobile phone. If you want to find it, you can use the file management on pea pods computer to directly search VCF files.

1 turn on "USB debugging" of vivox9s, then connect the mobile phone to pea pods computer and wait for the connection to be successful.

2 Open "File Management"

3 Click on the "SD card" directory and search for VCF files. If you can't find it, it's gone, and then export the address book file directly with pea pods.
